Privacy policy
Last updated: July 8, 2026. This is a plain-language summary; it should be reviewed by counsel before launch.
What we collect
If you take the assessment or subscribe to field notes, we collect your email address, your assessment result, and which form you used. If you book a fit call, the scheduling provider collects what it needs to book the call. We use privacy-light analytics to count visits and two events (booking clicks and email signups) — no ad-network surveillance, no sale of data, ever.
Where it lives
Email addresses and assessment results are stored in Klaviyo, our email platform, and used only to send you the content you asked for. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing actually works.
What this site is not
Nothing you enter on this site is a medical record, and using the site does not create a therapeutic or medical relationship. The assessment is a self-reflection tool, not a diagnostic instrument. If you become a client, clinical records are handled under applicable healthcare privacy law, separately from this website.
Your choices
Want your email deleted from our list? Write to tim@aspencounseling.info and it will be. Questions about any of this go to the same address.
Not for crisis: if you're in crisis, call or text 988, or call 911.
